Acting as the bridge between the creative vision and what's achievable on the ground. Client needs are translated into clear briefs for the location scout, and feedback is managed efficiently so the right options reach the right people without unnecessary back-and-forth.

Recruiting location manager

Finding and appointing an experienced local location manager who knows the terrain, the neighbourhoods and the right contacts. The right person in this role makes an enormous difference to how smoothly shoot days run on location.

Logistical feedback about shooting locations

Every potential location is assessed not just visually but practically — access for vehicles, power availability, noise levels, turnaround space and neighbourhood sensitivities are all factored in before a location is recommended to the client.

Setting up and escorting tech recce's

Tech recce's are organised and led with all relevant department heads present. Every detail is walked through on location so that the crew arrives on shoot day fully prepared, with no logistical unknowns remaining.
